Yes, you receive a discount on products which is disclosed to you upon opening your trade account.

Yes you can. You have until 4:30pm (ET) to make changes, including pay balance if any.
To make sure you receive your order quickly, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you have until 3:00pm (ET) to cancel the order.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
We offer a number of delivery options, which you can view at checkout, we have a daily UPS and USPS pick up.

If you are an International customer, then you will be charged for customs and import taxes. These costs are set on a country by country basis and vary widely. You should contact your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure of what these costs may be. RCUS is not responsible for any customs or import costs.
It all depends on the Service you select.
If your order does not arrive we advise checking with neighbours or if the item has been left in a safe place. If you are still unable to locate your order, please first contact the courier, then you can contact us we can contact the courier to raise an investigation.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns and you will need to pay any return postage costs. This will be deducted from when merchadise arrives.
We try to deal with returns and make credit within 7 days of receiving your return, but promise to make all credits within 30 working days from receipt of goods at our warehouse.
Unfortunately, the delivery charge will not be refunded as this service has been obtained.
CARE FOR YOUR HAIR
We only recommend the use of the Remi Cachet aftercare to maintain healthy hair extensions and prolong the longevity of the hair. We offer a variety of products in the range, including a shampoo, conditioner, miracle mist with added heat defence, and a hair oil.
There are lots of things you should and shouldn't do when looking after your hair extensions. Please see our. aftercare guide for full guidance on how you should care for your hair extensions.
PRODUCTS
Yes you can. If a product is mark as Pre-Order it means that the product is already on the way to our warehouse.
We receive products back in stock on a regular basis, you can always sign up to receive Back In Stock Notifications.

The longevity of our hair extensions will depend on the origin of the hair, the application method, as well as your hair care routine and maintenance schedule. The correct hair care products and a regular maintenance schedule will increase the lifespan of your hair extensions.
We offer wide selection of lengths including 14” up to 30”. However, not all lengths are available in every application method or range.
Human hair extensions can be colored and/or toned, however, we do not recommend it as this can cause damage to them, or not turn out the color/tone that you expected. Any coloring and/or toning is at your own risk. RCUS will not be held responsible for any hair that has been colored and/or toned.
Our hair extensions can be heated and styled, however this can reduce the lifespan of the hair extensions. Please use the recommended hair care products to protect your hair and hair extensions from heat damage.
When a color starts with T it means that the color is a root stretch color. For example, if the color is T5-9/613 this means that it will be a 9/613 mix with a root stretch of color 5. Our root stretch length is around 2-3 inches depending on the overall length of the hair.
When a color starts with DD it means that the color is a dip-dye color. For example, if the color is DD2/6 this means that the top half of the hair is color 2 followed by a color 6 on the bottom half of the hair.
